Thanks for inquiring about our services here with Lifestyle Lashes Studio. Prior to booking, please read all of Lifestyle Lashes Studio policies regarding booking fees, cancellations, rescheduling, no call/no shows, and returns. Once your appointment is booked, the client is then knowingly agreeing to adhere to all of said policies listed below for Lifestyle Lashes Studio. 

 

There is a $25 Non-Refundable booking fee for all appointments.

 

To cancel or reschedule you must contact Lifestyle Lashes 48 hours in advance in order to have your Non-Refundable $25 booking fee transferred to a new date. Transferable once. 

 

There is a 10 minute late fee of $15. After 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and another booking fee will be required to reschedule. 

 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours to appointment, for any reason, will result in a $35 fee and must be paid before rescheduling. 

 

No call/no show will be charged 50% of the booked service. May result in termination from further booking if failure to comply. 

 

No additional guests allowed during the duration of any service. 

 

Please note: No Refunds on services rendered. However, here at Lifestyle Lashes Studio we strive to achieve the clients satisfaction and will continue to fix the issue at hand until the client is either satisfied or an agreement of removal is made. Upon removal, client will only be charged the removal fee of $25 and not the full set but booking fee is ineligible for return.
